Jeric Gonzales re-shares sweet GIF with girlfriend Rabiya Mateo amid breakup rumor

Jeric Gonzales reposted a GIF that his girlfriend Rabiya Mateo recently shared on social media.

"Late night date," said Rabiya.

Jeric quickly reposted the same.

Is this their way of diffusing rumors about their supposed breakup?

Note that a cryptic message posted by Rabiya not long ago sparked the rumors.

It read: “I owe myself the biggest apology for putting up with what I didn’t deserve.”

Coincidentally, during that time, cozy photos of Jeric with an unknown man went viral.

It also didn't help that veteran showbiz scribe Lolit Solis featured the Kapuso couple on post early this month seemingly insinuating about them having trouble.

"Parang hindi maganda iyon away bati na relasyon nila Jeric Gonzales at Rabiya Mateo, Salve. Sabi ng mga matatanda, malas daw sa buhay pag lagi na ay nag aaway ang isang couple. Kung anuman pinag aawayan nila Jeric at Rabiya na hindi matapos tapos, dapat lang na isipin nila na baka kaya hindi umuusad ang kanilang career dahil nga sa lagi nilang pag aaway," she said then.

"Malaking tulong kay Jeric Gonzales na close siya kay Joebar kaya maraming showbiz writers ang nag aalaga sa kanyang publicity. Kaya madalas na iyon magaganda ang nasusulat kay Jeric, pero lagi na ay pinapasukan ng nega news tungkol kay Rabiya Mateo," she added.

"Hindi maganda na umpisa pa lang ng pag angat niya, nahaharang na agad ng away bati nilang relasyon. Mas mabuti pa na pag isipan nila, harapin muna ang career , bago na iyan relasyon na iyan. Dapat umangat muna ang career bago ang love na iyan na lagi naman nauuwi sa away. Think hard Jeric, love o career ? Piliin mo ang mas mabuti para sa iyo, sa kinabukasan mo. Sayang ang panahon, sayang ang chance. Isip isip muna."
