PAL relaunches Manila-Bali flights in July

Philippine Airlines (PAL) will resume flights between Manila and Denpasar Bali starting July 1 as part of the flag carrier's major international expansion coinciding with the reopening of international travel.

Next month, PAL will fly thrice weekly services between Manila and Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, giving travelers a choice of departure dates every week. PAL said PR 537 Manila-Bali (Denpasar) departs Manila at 07:55 PM, arriving in Bali at 12:00 midnight every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

The Bali to Manila flights will also operate three times a week from July 2. PAL said PR 538 - Bali (Denpasar)-Manila departs from Bali at 01:00 AM, arriving in Manila at 05:05 AM every Monday, Thursday and Saturday.

PAL will offer two additional weekly flights from Aug. 1, increasing frequencies to five times weekly, before ramping up to daily or seven times weekly flights by Oct. 4. PR 537 flies Manila-Bali (Denpasar) from Aug. 1 every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

From Oct. 4 onwards, daily flights depart Manila at 07:55 PM, arriving in Bali at 12:00 midnight. PAL said PR 538 flies Bali (Denpasar)-Manila from Aug. 1 to Oct. 2 every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. Also from Oct. 4 onwards, daily flights depart Bali at 01:00 AM, arriving in Manila at 05:05 AM.

“We are excited to fly leisure and business travelers to Bali, one of the world’s most spectacular destinations,” said PAL Vice President for Sales Bud Britanico. “PAL is also happy to offer our Indonesian customers regular nonstop flights from Denpasar Bali to the Philippines and to other destinations in our global network.”

Travelers may connect with these Bali-bound flights from various domestic points in the Philippines, as well as from overseas points served by PAL such as Tokyo, Osaka, Fukuoka, Nagoya, Bangkok, and Los Angeles.

PAL serves 30 destinations in the Philippines and 29 overseas destinations in Asia, the U.S., Canada, Australia and the Middle East.

The flag carrier also operates daily flights between Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta and Manila.

PAL is keen on gradually reopening flights to key destinations in Southeast Asia, following the easing of restrictions and reopening of borders in different countries.
