Ice Seguerra: 'I can't let fear stop me from being who I really am'
Singer-actor-director Ice Seguerra recently shared a quote about self-doubt.
It read: "Self-doubt can be an ally. This is because it serves as an indicator of inspiration. It reflects love, love of something we dream of doing, and desire, desire to do it. If you find yourself asking (and your friends), 'Am I really a writer? Am I really an artist?' chances are you are."
"The counterfeit innovator is wildly self-confident. The real one is scared to death."
In the caption, Ice opened up on his own journey as an artist.

According to him, as an artist, he was a lot braver when he was younger.
"Pero di pa rin ganon katapang kasi alam kong may responsibilidad akong kailangan gampanan," he said.
Ice eventually became "comfortable" about it.
"I've shielded myself from failure and pain, and in doing so, I built a huge wall," was how he put it.
Ice has since come to realize that it's the "worst mistake" an artist can make.
"I have resisted my soul's growth in exchange of being 'safe.' I stopped dreaming big coz I was afraid to fail," he noted.
He then declared: "I cannot do that anymore. I can't let fear stop me from being who I really am."
