53 barangays in Pasay to experience water interruption

The Pasay City government announced that 53 barangays will experience water service interruption starting from 11 p.m. on June 13 up to 6 a.m. of June 14.

In a Facebook post, the Pasay City Public Information Office said the barangays that will be affected are 10,13, 26, 28, 30,31, 38, 39, 40, 77, 77, 78, 145,153, 156,159, 161,162, 163, 165, 166, 167, 169, 171, 175, 178, 179, 181, 183, 184, 186, 195,197,198,199, and 200.

The city government said the water interruption will be implemented by Maynilad as it conduct improvement of water services in the west zone of the Pasay pumping station.

The city government advised all residents in the 53 barangays to start saving water..

Residents in the affected areas were also told to let their faucet open and wait for a few minutes until the water becomes clear after the water supply resumes.
