Britney Spears releases pictures, footage from her fairy tale wedding

Just got married!

Pop princess Britney Spears and American-Iranian fitness trainer Sam Asghari exchanged vows in a fairy tale wedding at her California mansion last Thursday night, June 9.

Britney, 40, wore an off-the-shoulder Versace gown while Sam, 28, donned a classic Versace tuxedo, during the 10-minute intimate but star-studded ceremony.

People.com reported that Spears' older brother Bryan, 45, was in attendance. "Her sons Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden James, 15, whom she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline, were not present, nor were any other members of her family, including dad Jamie, mom Lynn and sister Jamie Lynn."

The lavish wedding was witnessed by A-list guests including Madonna, Drew Barrymore, Selena Gomez, will.i.am, Paris Hilton and Carter Reum, Kathy Hilton, Maria Menounos, Ansel Elgort, Donatella Versace, etc.

After they exchanged "I do's," the newlyweds drove off into the sunset in a white Rolls Royce.

Later, Britney and Sam changed into party outfits and jammed with their guests.

"There was no sit down dinner but a welcome cocktail hour around her courtyard," the source says. "It was decorated with light pink tartan umbrellas and the whole courtyard and fountain were adorned with peonies and roses," according to another report by people.com.

Britney and Sam met in 2016 when they co-starred in a music video for her single “Slumber Party.”

After announcing their engagement late last year, Britney has since started referring to Sam as her “husband.”

On June 9, AFP reported that Britney's wedding was interrupted when her ex-husband Jason Alexander gatecrashed the party.

Britney and Sam were readying to wed at her luxury pad near Los Angeles when the proceedings were interrupted, Variety and other trade media said.

Jason, a childhood friend to whom Britney was very briefly married in 2004, crashed the sun-soaked event, sparking a police response, the AFP also reported. US reports said Jason was arrested after trying to crash the wedding.
