'Regal Studio Presents' kicks off Season 4 with more heartwarming stories this Sunday

GMA Network and Regal Entertainment’s weekly anthology “Regal Studio Presents” kicks off its fourth season with fresh episodes beginning this Sunday, June 12.

The program never fails to bring laughter, inspiration, kilig, andgood vibes to Kapuso viewers every Sunday afternoon.

This Sunday, catch the episode “Open-minded” headlined by sought-after Kapuso stars Kate Valdez as Monaand Paul Salas as Gino.

It revolves around the story of Mona (Kate), a college student who was enticed by Gino (Paul) to invest money in a marketing company that sells health and wellness products.

Mona was hesitant at first, but Gino’s good looks and sweet-talking swayed her to invest. She trusted Gino to guide her all the way and make her money grow double or even triple. But later on, Mona will find out the bitter truth—she was scammed and the company has already ceased to operate. Will Mona be able to get her money back from Gino?

In celebration of Father’s Day on June 19, RSP presents “Long Distance” top-billed by Kapuso actor and comedian Benjie Paras as Emerson, Prince Carlos as Sonny, and Hailey Mendes as Jenny.

The episode tackles the sacrifices of Emerson (Benjie), who had to leave his child Sonny (Prince) to work abroad. When Emerson finally comes home after a decade, he is eager to bond and create new memories with his son. However, the two are estranged from each other. 

While his father is away for years, Sonny takes comfort from his close friend Jenny (Hailey).But what will happen when Sonny finds out that Jenny is set to reside in another country?

For its final episode this month, Kapuso viewers will be seeing a new and intriguing love team. Beauty queen and actress MJ Lastimosa and award-winning actor Elijah Canlas team up for the episode “She Likes Me, She Likes Me Not”.

In this feel-good story airing on June 26, Paul (Elijah) is a young professional who decides to stay out of town and escape the city life. He then meets the resort caretaker, Deena (MJ), whom Paul is instantly attracted to even though she is quite older than him.  

Deena is very affectionate, friendly, and hospitable, which made Paul even like her more. But does Deena have feelings for him too or is she just really nice to anyone like Paul?

Don’t miss the fourth season of ‘Regal Studio Presents’ beginning this Sunday, June 12, at 4:35 p.m. on GMA.
