Ever Bilena Cosmetics, Inc.’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and Founder of skincare brand, Hello Glow, Denice Sy-Munez, won gold in the recently concluded 2022 TITAN Business Awards under the Entrepreneurship for Beauty and Cosmetics category.

This year’s TITAN Business Awards gave recognition to companies and individuals from participating countries across the globe, including the US, UK, Australia, Singapore, India, Canada, among others.

Denice Sy Munez was the sole individual award winner from the Philippines, while there were other known companies part of the 2022 roster of TITAN Award winners like Ayala Land, Nu Skin and Herbalife Nutrition. Household names of the award from previous years include Nestle, Avida Land, Alveo Land, and BIGO Tech.

The TITAN Business Awards is hosted by the International Awards Associate, Inc (IAA) based in New York. According to Thomas Brandt, spokesperson of IAA, "This particular competition was created to celebrate the achievements within the business sector," while aiming to elevate the industry’s standard of excellence, which consequently drives the whole sector forward. He adds that this year’s winners "perfectly capture the essence of what it takes to survive in turbulent times."

Denice’s award was driven primarily by her role in growing and expanding the revenue and network of Hello Glow, which was established in February 2020, just one month before the Philippines went into lockdown. The brand has since secured sizable share in the local skincare market, and ranking in key retail stores’ skincare categories.

"It’s an honor to be recognized for Hello Glow’s success as its brand owner, but ultimately it is not about me but the resilience and dedication of my whole Ever Bilena family—from our field sales, marketing and support groups, as well as our resellers and trade partners," remarks Denice.

She also acknowledges the guidance and mentorship of Ever Bilena’s President and CEO Dioceldo Sy and COO Silliman Sy who, she says, provided unconditional support for Hello Glow’s product innovations and new store expansions.

There were over 800 nominations worldwide, and each one blind judged by TITAN’s jury panel comprised of 26 distinguished professionals from 15 countries. The winners were chosen based on the average scores, provided by the jury members.

Hello Glow is now available in over 5,000 outlets nationwide, and has an active dealer base of 20,000+ registered resellers. Hello Glow started with one flagship product in 2020, now it has over 30 SKUs (stock keeping unit) in its portfolio. Denice is excited to launch their upcoming products, stating "We are so excited to share our new innovations to our loyal customers soon!"
