Independence Day celebrations at Resorts World Manila

Freedom rings at Resorts World Manila (RWM) for the 124th anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine Independence this June 12, 2022. The Newport Mall at the Newport Garden Wing brings Galing Pinas! Fair highlighting all things Filipino for the whole month of June.

The Plaza 2F Newport Mall has set up shop for the “Likha: Pinas Muna Tayo” fair to celebrate world-class Filipino craftsmanship. The fair features proudly Filipino-made products from accessories and religious artifacts to leather crafts, local delicacies, and more. Shop local and support Filipino artisans from June 6 to 12.

Take a leisurely stroll around Newport Mall and discover a new world of art with the Obra: Newport Mall-seum exhibit of two ground-breaking local artists. John Paul Duray is taking his unique ‘Boop-Boop’ sculptures to the exhibit area by Newport Garden Wing Main Entrance. Over by the Garden Wing Cafe, the ‘Back Then’ exhibit of renowned artist, Otep Bañez is on full display. Gander at these fine exhibits from June 12 to 30 at the GF Newport Garden Wing.

The Plaza 2F Newport Mall has set up shop for the Likha: Pinas Muna Tayo Fair to celebrate world-class Filipino craftsmanship.

Make visits to RWM more memorable with a sumptuous feast of uniquely Filipino dishes at Casa Buenas. RWM’s signature Filipino-Spanish restaurant is serving up a Cochinillo de Buenas set that is fit for any occasion. The special set menu is highlighted by a Cebu lechon-style roasted suckling pig. Guests can order the show-stopping item ala-carte for ₱9,500 or as a set for ₱10,000 that includes paella mixtas, sticky rice suman with sweet chorizo, and mixed vegetables with adlai and flavored soy sauce.
