QC homeowners' officer shot dead

The vice president of the Homeowners Association of San Rafael, Barangay Old Balara was shot dead by an unidentified gunman on Thursday, June 9.

According to a report from DZBB on Friday, June 10, the victim, Bryan Perez, was standing in front of a sari-sari store when the unidentified gunman arrived and shot him on the head.

The gunman immediately fled aboard a motorcycle.

Based on the investigation of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Criminal Investigation Unit, Perez was involved in a land dispute.

The victim was immediately brought to Diliman Doctor’s Hospital but was declared dead on arrival from the gunshot wound on his head.
