Nearly 500 clustered precincts have so far transmitted election returns – PPCRV

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV), on Monday evening, May 9, said that a total of 486 clustered precincts have so far transmitted their election returns.

PPCRV spokesperson lawyer Van dela Cruz confirmed that 486 clustered precincts across the Philippines have so far transmitted their election returns. This is equivalent to 0.21 percent of at least 23,000 precincts in the country.

Meanwhile, PPCRV national chair Myla Villanueva, thanked all PPCRV volunteers.

“We thank our volunteers who were there all day today for as early as 4 a.m. We do hope that they wait for the copy and the proper closing of the precincts. We hope our volunteers will stay to ensure that the ballots that have not been counted, will be counted properly,” said Villanueva.
