The police arrested four persons for shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) and replica gun in Taguig on May 5 and 6.
The Southern Police District (SPD) Drug Enforcement Unit together with the District Investigation Division, District Mobile Force Battalion and Taguig police’s Sub-station 9 personnel conducted a buy-bust operation on May 6 at Road 16, Barangay New Lower Bicutan, Taguig.

Arrested during the operation were drug suspects Nadzer Ungkong, 18, classified by the police as a high value individual (HVI); Cristy Disomangkop, 21, classified as street-level individual (SLI); and Mabelle Disomangkop, 18, classified as SLI.
Seized from them were five plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 62.3 grams with an estimated value of P423,640 and P500 buy-bust money.
The suspects are under the custody of the police while the seized illegal drugs will be turned over to SPD Forensic Unit for chemical analysis.
Along Pearl Extension, Deva Village, Barangay San Miguel, Taguig, the police arrested 31-year-old Michael Domingo after they received a report of a man carrying a gun in the area.
The police arrested the suspect who was found in possession of a replica .45-caliber gun and six plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing 4.88 grams with a value of P33,184.
Domingo is now detained at the custodial facility of the Taguig police and will face charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) and Republic Act 10591 (Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act).
Under the law, “Imitation firearm refers to a replica of a firearm, or other device that is so substantially similar in coloration and overall appearance to an existing firearm as to lead a reasonable person to believe that such imitation firearm is a real firearm.”
