To cap off a grueling three-month campaign period, presidential aspirant Vice President Leni Robredo and her running mate Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan will hold a grand miting de avance with their supporters on Saturday, May 7 in Makati City.

“Sa pagtatapos ng ating kampanya, magsisimula ang kulay rosas na bukas para sa Pilipinas (In the end of our campaign, a rosy tomorrow will begin for the Philippines),” Robredo said in a Facebook post.
“Magsama-sama muli tayo sa mga gabing puno ng pagmamahal at pag-asa (Let’s be together at a night full of love and hope),” she wrote.
The program will start at 5 p.m. on Ayala Avenue corner Makati Avenue with an invitation to Filipinos from all colors of the political spectrum.
Before the miting de avance, Robredo will also attend grand rallies in her home region of Bicol on Friday, May 6.
She will have a grand rally in Sorsogon City at 7:30 a.m, in Legazpi City at 1 p.m, and in Naga City at 4 p.m.
“Lahat ng kulay ay imbitado, dahil ang Gobyernong Tapat ay para sa lahat ng Pilipino (All colors are welcome because an honest government is for all Filipinos),” Robredo said.
Thousands of Robredo’s supporters or kakampinks are expected to attend the final rally for the Vice President’s whirlwind campaign.
On her birthday last April 23, more than 400,000 of her supporters filled the stretch of Macapagal Boulevard in Pasay City in what was the grandest and most attended rally of any presidential candidates this year.
