Art Fair Philippines is now accepting applications for its 2022 residency program

Calling all artists! Here’s your chance to be part of ArtFairPH/Residencies 2022

After the success of its run last March, Art Fair Philippines is back and is searching for new artists to be part of its ArtFairPH/Residencies 2022. It is an artist residency program project of Art Fair Philippines in partnership with Bleeding Heart Rum Company, the makers of Don Papa Rum.

It is open to artists across all disciplines who reside in the Philippines. Five artists will be selected on the basis of their submitted portfolios by a jury composed of residency program representatives. The artists will be paired with art spaces and galleries from different parts of the Philippines including Manila Observatory in Quezon City, Linangan Art Residency in Alfonzo, Cavite, Emerging Islands in San Juan, La Union, The Orange Project in Bacolod, Negros Occidental, and Barrio Butanding in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. According to its website, “financial support will be awarded to five residency programs around the Philippines for the support of one artist in each residency.”

The application period for the program runs until June 16, with the announcement of the participating artists happening on July 31. To apply for the residency program, visit artfairphilippines.com.
