PPCRV so far receives 83.53% of election returns

Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) disclosed that they have so far received about 83.53 percent of the total election returns (ERs) in the country.

Church-backed PPCRV on Thursday, May 19, said that they have received about 83.53 percent of poll returns. This is equivalent to 90,029 ERs.

Of this number, 57,405 came from Luzon, 17,485 are from Visayas, while 15,139 are from Mindanao.

PPCRV’s data showed that they have yet to receive overseas poll returns.

PPCRV Director for Youth Affairs Jude Liao previously stated that they are expecting the arrival of these ERs within the week.

Meanwhile, the poll watchdog’s operations at its command center located inside the University of Santo Tomas will only run until Friday, May 20.

PPCRV will then transfer to another location to manually encode and validate more ERs as they are aiming to match “as many as they can.”
