Miss Universe Philippines titleholders become Disney Princesses

Rabiya Mateo, Beatrice Luigi Gomez, and the reigning Celeste Cortesi donned creations by Filipino designers as they transform into Disney’s beloved characters

Looking straight out of a fairy tale book, the crowned winners of Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo (2020), Beatrice Luigi Gomez (2021), and Celeste Cortesi (2022) become Disney Princesses for beauty brand BYS Cosmetics.

Each beauty queen portrayed different Disney royals as they pose in front of the camera of fashion photographer BJ Pascual. With Eldzs Mejia’s styling, Rabiya was turned into Ariel of “The Little Mermaid” donning a shimmering garb by Steph Tan. Beatrice channels Belle from “The Beauty and the Beast” with a hood and gilded ensemble by Job Dacon. While the reigning Miss Universe Philippines Celeste is every bit of Cinderella in a custom dress by Michael Leyva and gold bustier by Job.
