Angel Locsin's advice to new Darna Jane de Leon

Angel Locsin made sure Jane de Leon gets all the help she needs in playing Komiks heroine Darna.

Jane revealed recently how Angel made an effort to reach out to her and offer tips.

According to Jane, Angel reminded her to keep herself physically fit, something she has taken to heart even before filming started, hitting the gym for hours on end.

“Siyempre kailangan ko talagang maging handa physically and ready dapat ako anytime,” Jane related.

Of course, giving your all will take its toll.

Jane shared how Angel also told her to get enough rest and not force herself too much.

“Sabi niya sa ’kin kapag pagod ako, sabihin ko lang daw talaga na I need to take a rest,” she added.

Jane recently made the news posting the teaser of the upcoming “Mars Ravelo’s Darna: The TV Series.”
