Daughter honors fashion icon Fanny Serrano: 'No more pain papa'

Maktin "Patpat" Miranda paid tribute to her father, celebrity makeup artist Fanny Serrano, who passed away on May 10.

On Facebook on May 11, Miranda wrote:

"Thank you to this Man who nurtured, cared and loved me, the one I called Papa, this Man who taught me the true meaning of life.

"Seeing everyone's love as they pay tribute to the ICON is heartwarming.

The family of Serrano has yet to announce details of the interment.

Serrano died peacefully in his sleep at his residence in Morato, Quezon City last Tuesday night, May 10. He previously suffered from massive heart attacks.
