5,836 pass May 2022 Civil Engineer Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) on Thursday, May 12, announced that a total of 5,836 individuals out of 13,781 examinees passed the Civil Engineer Licensure Examination given by the Board of Civil Engineering in May 2022.

The said examination was given in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga.

Among the top-performing schools with at least 80 percent passing percentage were University of the Philippines (UP) Los Baños (95 percent), UP Diliman (94.57 percent), De La Salle University - Manila (89.47 percent), University of Santo Tomas (85.94 percent), University of San Carlos (85.39 percent), and Ateneo De Davao University (82.93 percent).

Meanwhile, Arriane Joyce Anselmo Dameg of UP Diliman, Archigine Agleham Labrador of University of Saint Louis in Tuguegarao, and Jameson Glen Chiu Lim of Xavier University garnered the highest place in the said exam with a rating of 93.95 percent.
