The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV), on Tuesday afternoon, May 10, said that it has received over 4,000 election returns (ERs) so far.

“As of 4:05 p.m. this afternoon, is now 4,143. These ERs are from Caloocan, Makati, Manila, Mandaluyong, Novaliches, Pasay, Quezon City, and San Juan,” said PPCRV.
Meanwhile, the church-based poll watchdog added that they are expecting the arrival of ERs from the Visayas, Provinces of Negros Occidental, Cebu, Iloilo within the day, adding that additional ERs from Caloocan, Navotas, Sorsogon, Cavite, Rizal, Pasig, and Batangas may also arrive.
Upon being questioned, PPCRV said that they are still collating the data to determine how many ERs have so far been encoded.
PPCRV is an accredited citizens’ arm of the Commission on Elections (Comelec). Its command center is located at the Quadricentinneal Pavilion of the University of Santo Tomas.
