The Commission on Elections (Comelec), sitting as the national board of canvassers (NBOC), has suspended its session anew at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) on Tuesday, May 10.

Comelec Chairman Saidamen B. Pangarungan opted to do such once again after learning that there is no certificate of canvass (COC) transmitted yet.
"Since there are no COCs that completed submission, we have to suspend the canvassing until 7 p.m.," Pangarungan ordered.
The NBOC reconvened at 1:17 p.m. but was suspended around 1:30 p.m.
On May 9, the poll body also suspended its session for similar reasons.
