Valenzuela City to close Covid-19 vax sites from May 8-10

To give way to the upcoming national and local elections, all Covid-19 vaccination sites in Valenzuela City will be closed from May 8 to 10, the local government announced on Sunday, May 1.

The new schedule for individuals who are supposed to get jabbed on May 8 will be on May 11, while those scheduled for May 9 will be on May 12, and for May 10 will be on May 13.

The local government reminded the vaccine recipients to bring their “Valtrace” quick response (QR) codes, “VCVax” passports or vaccination cards, and a vaccination appointment letter for minors age five to eleven years old.

Meanwhile, the city also announced that the Covid-19 pediatric vaccinations in Malinta Elementary School already resumed on Sunday, May 1.

Parents can register their kids through valtrace.appcase.net to get their vaccine appointments.

Malinta Elementary School served as an evacuation site for families who were affected by the fire incident in Dulong Tangke Street last April 9.
