What did BTS' V whisper to Olivia Rodrigo at the Grammy Awards?

K-pop superstars BTS performed at the 64th Grammy Awards on April 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

BTS performed their Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 song “Butter” with an elaborate concept, channeling James Bond for Grammys.

As part of the number, BTS’ V went to pop star Olivia Rodrigo and whispered to her.

Viewers and fans were stoked with the charming scene and got curious about what he really said to V.

On the Weverse app, a fan asked V about the whisper, writing, "Taehyung, what did you whisper to Rodrigo?" according to Korean media outlet Dispatch.

V answered, "It's just an business. We know because we are in this business."

About Rodrigo’s reaction to his whisper, V added, "I didn’t even speak English. Olivia is a hero.”

For the Grammy Awards red carpet, BTS wore Louis Vuitton suits. The Louis Vuitton Twitter account posted, “The international stars wore custom suits with embroidered jewel buttons for the occasion.”

Even though BTS did not win in their second nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group, they said they had a grand time at the Grammys.

“Thanks to ARMYs, we’ve been able to try this again. It’s too bad we didn’t win, but simply having been here has been meaningful nonetheless,” said Jimin, SBS News reported.

Jungkook said it was an “all great experience for us.”

V agreed, saying, “Yeah. Honestly, we got to watch so many amazing performances. So this has been extremely motivating for us.”

Suga said what they have done is “amazing. Guys, I don’t think we need to feel sad about this. What we’ve done is already amazing.”
