Rape suspect nabbed in Laguna with the help of residents

LAGUNA – Nagcarlan Municipal Police Station (MPS) cops arrested the Top 3 most wanted person in Calabarzon who is facing rape charges during a manhunt operation in Pila on Thursday, April 7.

With the help of information from the Barangay Intelligence Network (BIN), operatives collared John Cedrick Ramilo, a resident of Nagcarlan.

Ramilo has a standing warrant of arrest for rape issued by Acting Presiding Judge Myla Villavicencio Olan of the Fourth Judicial Region, Regional Trial Court Branch 7 in San Pablo City.

In a statement, Police Regional Office 4A Regional Director Brig. Gen. Antonio Candido Yarra commended Nagcarlan MPS for the successful manhunt operation despite the suspect fleeing to another town.
