DOLE reports on COA audit, client satisfaction and utilization rate

In the weekly show "Oh My Job!," Arnell Ignacio, Tuesday Niu and Bea Binene will interview Assistant Secretary Warren M. Miclat, Employment, and General Administration Cluster - Legal, Legislative, Wages and Productivity, and Internal Auditing Cluster of the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) on the performance reports of the department.

Findings show that the performance of DOLE exceeds the expectation of the clients. The overall client satisfaction score of DOLE Key Frontline Services (KFS) and other services in the DOLE Central Office (CO), Regional Offices (ROs) and Philippine Overseas Labor Offices (POLOs) achieved a 4.823 or 96.46 percent of strongly agree (very satisfied) rate based on eight service quality dimensions.

They will also tackle the results of the audit and its utilization rate.

In the “Oh May Jobs Dito” segment, more job vacancies will be announced while Bea will discuss more good news in her special weekly segment.

"Oh My Job!” airs Saturdays, from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., aired simultaneously on GTV and DZBB 594 Super Radyo, and live-streamed through its Facebook page @OhMyJobPhilippines.
