Fire razes houses in Taguig

A fire razed three houses in Taguig City, affecting four families on Thursday, April 7.

According to the Taguig City Fire Station, the fire occurred at 250 Kalayaan St., Barangay Ususan at 3:32 p.m.

The fire station said the fire started on the second floor of the house of one Maribel Suplido.

Investigators put the damage to property at P35,000.

The first alarm was raised at 3:45 p.m. before the blaze was put under control at 3:53 p.m. and put out at 4:01 p.m.

A total of 27 fire trucks and one ambulance responded to the incident.

Investigators are still determining the cause of the fire.
