Pregnant, seniors, PWDs: Here's how to vote this 2022 elections

No need to worry

Being pregnant during elections can be a challenging task, but it needs to be done—for the future of one's family and the nation. Add to the fact that COVID-19 is still around, pregnant women, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities (PWD) should be extra careful when they're out this May 9.

Vote Pilipinas released an informative video in their Facebook page, reminding people that there is a priority lane available in polling centers. Here's how.

1. Proceed to the priority lane when you go to your assigned polling precinct.

2. Don't forget to bring and present your valid government ID upon lining up at the priority lane.

3. An audio instruction via headphones will be provided to the PWDs who can't read or write.

4. You can also bring your own list to make voting the process faster.

5. Drop your ballot in the vote-counting machine (VCM). Double check once your votes have been read.

6. Indelible ink will be marked on your index finger as proof that you are done voting.

7. Double check your printed voter's receipt before dropping it off in the receptacle box.
