The Valenzuela City government announced on Saturday, April 2, that its barangay-based Covid-19 vaccination program will start on Monday, April 4.
Residents and non-residents of the city, ages 18 and above, may coordinate to any barangay health stations to get a schedule for their first and second doses, as well as booster shots.
Individuals should bring their ValTrace quick response (QR) codes and a valid or government-issued ID on their vaccination day.
Those who will get inoculated with second doses and booster shots must also present their VCVax Passport (vaccination card), while those with comorbidities are required to bring a medical certificate.
The local government said that roving vaccination sites will also visit the barangays, which schedules will be announced.
Vaccinations will only be held at the barangay health stations, the Valenzuela City Astrodome, and Malinta Elementary School starting April 4.
