Rockwell tops off 2nd tower in QC project

Rockwell Land Corporation has topped off The North Tower, the second tower of the P9 billion The Arton residential development in Katipunan, Quezon City.

In a statement, Rockwell said it has finished of the tower’s structural works and this brings The Arton North Tower closer to its completion.

Strategically located in Katipunan, The Arton is home to three high-rise residential towers in the 1.9-hectare development, with 80 percent of the property dedicated to open spaces.

The Arton North is the second tower in the development, and is located at the heart of the property’s expansive amenity area.

Rockwell said “The tower’s quick take-up prompted the launch of the third tower, The Arton East, in the second half of 2021.”

The firm began its Metro Manila expansion with The Grove in Pasig City, which fulfills its promise of offering holistic lifestyles of comfort and convenience within its distinct communities and has since continued progressively expanding its footprint towards the North of Metro Manila, including San Juan and Mandaluyong.

As Rockwell’s first high-rise project in Quezon City, The Arton is set to follow suit. Its first tower, The Arton West, is set for turnover this year, thus officially commencing its residential community and making its mark in the vibrant neighborhood it is located in.

This has also paved the way for the developer to grow its footprint in the city and launch 8 Benitez Suites in 2020, a luxurious residence in New Manila that further elevates one’s standard for living.

The developer likewise continues to move further up North, and at a grander scale, now with its first development in Central Luzon through Rockwell Center Nepo at Angeles City, Pampanga.

To date, Rockwell has a presence in numerous locations across Metro Manila and continues to expand its reach within and beyond it.
