Meanwhile, Comelec Commissioner George Garcia said Sunday's presidential debate was much better than the first.
"It was much improved and we were able to see how good our candidates. It was impressive..even the Chairman and the members of the Commission were impressed with the performance of the presidential candidates. All of them are deserving of our votes," he said in an interview.
The Comelec earlier decided to change the format of the second debate.
One general question was posed for all the candidates to answer at the start of the debate.
For each succeeding segment, the candidates were divided in groups of three where each group was given one question to debate on.
In total, there were three questions for each succeeding segment.
Each candidate was allotted two minutes to answer with 30 seconds for a rebuttal.
The second presidential debate focused on foreign relations, government accountability, safety and security.
