FAMOUS: Alexa Ilacad, Elha Nympha reveal road to fitness

Kapamilya stars Alexa Ilacad and Elha Nympha revealed that their journey to fitness and healthy lifestyle is a big challenge. But what makes it more difficult are the bashers on social media.
“Honestly I don’t care whatever they say as long as I stick with my goals and go on with my plans, that is what's important,” Elha said, during a recent interview for her endorsements.
Unlike Elhas positive outlook on handling bashers, Alexa said that bashers are giving her a hard time. “I admire Elha for being strong in facing all the negative comments. I admit that I was very much affected and I cried a lot, especially on body-shaming comments. But now I'm used to it, and I've learned to ignore them."
Together with Kapuso Star Cassy Legaspi, Anna Magkawas, Luxe Skin Health and Beauty Products Shop CEO, said that she personally chose the three popular young stars as the faces of her latest venture. Anna said that, like most girls, she also had weight problems and dealt with body-shaming.
“Theres a chapter in my life years ago when what to wear is a problem or how am I going to hide my body from my everyday outfits. But learning or embracing a more healthy lifestyle is a main key to inner happiness and loosing unwanted fats,” Anna added.
