Vice Ganda & Juliana Parizcova Segovia: On the warpath?

It seems like showbiz personalities Vice Ganda and Juliana Parizcova Segovia are on the warpath after their posts trended on social media Tuesday night.

To begin with, both celebrities are rivals when it comes to the choice of a presidential candidate. Vice Ganda is a certified "kakampink" as he supports Vice President Leni Robredo while Juliana is a follower of Bongbong Marcos Jr.

The controversy started when a video clip of Vice Ganda from the noontime program "It's Showtime" surfaced on social media. In it, the ace comedian discovered someone who makes a living by being a troll.

Vice Ganda said: "May kilala akong ganito sa tutoong buhay hindi naman siya toxic talaga. Pero basher siya sa social media.

"Tapos nalaman ko troll siya. Trabaho niya. Trabaho kasi wala siyang pera eh. So kumapit siya roon kahit mali dahil naghihirap siya.

"Kailangan niya ng pera. So sabi ko sa iba naming kaibigan huwag na ninyong patulan. Masakit man pero yun ang epekto sa kanya ng kahirapan. Kinailangan niyang gawin yun hindi man katanggap tanggap. Magugulat ka na lang sa mga post niya. Samantala dati pag walang pera yan gcash. Nagpapa gcash sa mga bakla.

"Siguro lahat napa gcash na niya. Marami talagang trolls. Naawa rin ako. Mabait yan eh pero yan ang epekto ng kahirapan. Nakaka-sad no?"

Vice Ganda never mentioned any names in the video. But Juliana felt she was being alluded to by Vice Ganda in the video clip. Juliana reacted, and her reaction was uploaded by movie director Daryl Yap on Facebook.

Juliana said she never asked for money via gcash from Vice Ganda's friends. Her full post:

Daryl has expressed support for Juliana.

"Minsan, dahil takot tayo na baka mawalan tayo ng trono, ipinagkakait natin kahit konting espasyo. Juliana Parizcova, masakit, pero masarap sa pakiramdam yan. dito lang kami," the director wrote on FB.

Juliana capped the day by saying goodnight to the film director as she posted a photo of a troll doll.
