If you thought that there was something different about vice presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte during the UniTeam grand rally Tuesday night, April 26 in Cagayan de Oro City, you're not mistaken.

Shortly after going on stage for her campaign speech, Duterte told the huge crowd at the Pelaez Sports Complex that she had her makeup done especially for them.

"Assalamualaikum, madayaw ug maayong gabii kaninyong tanan, mag-make up pa ko para ninyo ha. Para sa Cagayan de Oro, Misamis oriental," the UniTeam member and presidential daughter said.

Not only that, but gone was her usual ponytail as she also had her hair done for the event.

Duterte, 43, is married to fellow lawyer Mans Carpio. They have two kids.
