Parts of Quezon City, San Juan, Pasig, Rizal to experience water service interruption on April 25-27

A total of six barangays in Pasig, San Juan and Quezon Cities, and Rizal Province will experience water service interruption from Monday evening, April 25, to Wednesday morning, April 27.

The Manila Water said on Friday, April 23, that the water service cut is due to maintenance activities in some areas in the three cities and in Rizal.

Line maintenance works will be conducted at the corner of Upper Banlat and Banlat Road in Brgy. Tandang Sora, Quezon City, and at the corner or M.A Reyes and J. Abad Santos in Brgy. Little Baguio, San Juan City starting 10 p.m. on Monday until 4 a.m. on Tuesday. These will affect parts of the said barangays.

Manila Water personnel will also conduct line meter and strainer declogging activities on the same dates and time in some areas of Taytay, Rizal which will affect portions of Barangay Muzon.

The declogging will be held at the corner of National Road and J. De Leon, and at Manila East Road, affecting Italia, J. De Leon, Lucas Compound, Royal Subdivision, and San Miguel Esguerra Compound.

Another line maintenance activities will occur at MRV, Countryside Village, Riverside Subdivision and along Ortigas Avenue in Pasig City on April 26 at around 10 p.m. until April 27 at around 4 a.m., affecting parts of Barangay Sta. Lucia.

Meanwhile, line meter and strainer declogging activities will be conducted at 10 p.m. on Tuesday until 4 a.m. on Wednesday at the corners of Rainbow Subdivision and National Road, San Isidro and Manila East Road, and Sitio Pinagpala in Taytay; and at the corner of Sulit Compound and Manila East Road in Angono, Rizal.

Parts of barangays Muzon and Kalayaan will experience water interruption also due to the maintenance works.

The same declogging activity will be held at Esteban Abada Street, in Barangay Loyola Heights in QC on Tuesday to Wednesday(10 p.m. to 4 a.m.) which will affect portions of the said barangay.

Manila Water advised the residents to store enough water for their needs while the maintenance activities are ongoing.
