In celebration of Earth Day this April 22, Watsons is holding Earth Week Sale where customers can avail of buy-one-take-one deals. With over 1,200 sustainable choices, discounts are being offered up to 70 percent off, too!

With such great deals, we get to have better options such as clean beauty products with better ingredients, packaging, and refills. As part of Watsons' long-term commitment with regards to environment protection—community, people, customers, planet, all of their stores will be reducing their power consumption by 50 percent.

Here are some shopping tips to get you started. Dove bath products and deodorant, Nlighten Kojic Soap, buy-2-get-1 on Pantene conditioners, buy-2-get-20-percent off from Hair Treats Double
Active Keratin and Watsons Goatmilk Scented Cream Hand Wash, and many more. There's also Aveeno, Neutrogena, Johnson and Johnsons, Happy Skin, Ellana Cosmetics, Curls, Fresh, Luxe Organix, Oilatum, Squad, Quickfix brand products that are up to 70 percent off.

The store also encourages people to bring their own bags when they shop, hoping this will contribute to their sustainability efforts aside from providing sustainable choices to its customers such as refills and eco-friendly packaging. Watsons is also working with Plastic Bank to reduce plastic waste that goes into the ocean. Purchase sustainable choices and help prevent 2.5 million plastic bottles from going into the sea.

Lastly, have your empty plastic packaging of health and beauty products? Drop them off at "Trash to Cash" in participating SM Supermalls on May 6 and 7 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Let's save the earth, one plastic at a time.
