Notice of Annual Stockholders' Meeting of MREIT, Inc.

The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of MREIT, Inc. will be held virtually on 27 May 2022 at 9:00 AM. Stockholders of record as of 27 April 2022 will be entitled to notice of, and vote at, the Annual Meeting.

Stockholders who wish to participate must register from 9:00 AM of 06 May 2022 until 5:00 PM of 18 May 2022.

The Information Statement and other information on the Annual Stockholders’ Meeting will be made available at the MREIT website.
