Malate Police Station cited for arrest of HVT, seizure of P3.4-M shabu

Brig. Gen. Leo "Paco" Francisco, Manila Police District (MPD) director, awarded the Malate Police Station for the successful anti-drugs operation that led to the seizure of some P3.4 million worth of shabu from a high-value target (HVT) on Mabini Street in Malate district on April 3.
