584 pass April 2022 licensure exam for real estate brokers

A total of 584 individuals out of 954 examinees passed the April 2022 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Monday, April 18.

The exam was given by the Board of Real Estate Service in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi and Tacloban in April 2022.

Meanwhile, three individuals named John Mark Vincent Gianan, Shirley Silva Mazon, and Pamela Ann Torres Perez emerged as the top-performing examinees with a rating of 89 percent.
