FASHION PULIS: Three-way transaction

Published Apr 16, 2022 11:00 am

Talented Celebrity (TC) is rumored to be an example of the statement, sexuality is fluid.

Rumors of her sexuality prior to her entering the entertainment industry are resurfacing. However, TC has remained quiet even when such stories were creeping into the grapevine.

During her study days, TC was supposed to have taken a masculine image and even had a partner. As years passed, TC discarded her butch look and opted for a stereotype female image. Hence, her past was never made an issue and her glam showbiz image was easily accepted by the public. Her publicity focused on her various roles as host and actress. Sometimes, TC graced publication covers.

Meanwhile, some have noticed the closeness of TC with Pretty Actress (PA) and believed the two might be more than just friends. However, PA is linked to Influential Personality (IP). On the one hand, connecting TC and PA is thought to be a distraction to the latter’s alleged involvement with IP. On the other hand, others think IP is a cover-up for the couple. Nonetheless, TC, PA, and IP are connected in a transactional way. The exposure of such connection might even benefit TC, but controversy will surely follow.

Arrogant actor

When Promising Talent (PT) was given attention by the management, high hopes were pinned on him to be the next big celebrity. PT was given projects to develop his potential, partnered with female talents to see if he would click in a love team. He was included in projects with seasoned actors. However, production members observed that even before PT reached a career peak, the minor success filled his head. PT often arrived late and ignored his co-workers during breaks.

Seasoned Actress (SA) noticed PT’s behavior, which she tried to understand initially. Between takes, PT put on his headphones, walk around, but not mingle with people on the set. One time, PT bumped into SA. SA expected an apology, but PT continued walking as though nothing happened. SA let the incident pass.

However, SA lost her cool when she overheard PT castigating a Security Personnel (SP). PT wanted to leave the lock-in shoot to buy food. He said he did not like the food on the set. SP said delivery was allowed, but if PT insisted on leaving, he will undergo a swab test before he could enter the premises. SP stressed that they should follow the protocols or else they will be scolded by the production head.

PT responded to SP by asking him if he knew whom he’s talking to. PT said he was an important member of the cast. At this point, SA came over and reprimanded PT. Her loud voice and curses stopped the ongoing shoot. She said PT has not achieved anything, yet he was too arrogant. Her household staff did not know him and he had no right to treat SP that way.

Consequently, the production reprimanded PT. Later, he was allegedly given a suspension memo and excluded in a project.
