Ardina, Saso, Pagdanganan continue to trail at Lotte Championship

Dottie Ardina carded a one-under-par 71 while Yuka Saso and Bianca Pagdanganan continued to struggle after three rounds in the 2022 Lotte Championships in Oahu, Hawaii Saturday.

Ardina shot three birdies against a double bogey on the par-3 12th hole to post a three-round total of 218, 12 strokes behind solo leader Hyo Joo Kim.

Kim posted a 72 on two birdies against two bogeys to maintain her lead going to the last round.

Meanwhile, Saso still couldn’t regain her usual fiery form and limped home with a 73 for a 220 total.

The reigning US Women’s Open champion had two birdies in the first 11 holes until she fumbled with a bogey on the 12th.

She managed to birdie No. 15 but couldn’t sustain her play as she double-bogeyed the 17th and bogeyed the 18th.

Pagdanganan also blew cold in her round after shooting 78 on two double-bogeys, four bogeys and two birdies. She tallied 225.
