Pagdanganan, Saso, Ardina trail at Lotte Championship

Bianca Pagdanganan shot a two-under-par 70 while Dottie Ardina and Yuka Saso posted 72 and 73 at the start of the Lotte Championship in Oahu, Hawaii Thursday.

Pagdanganan had six birdies against two bogeys to make up from a bogey 6 on the third hole for a share of 13th place with 12 others.

The Tokyo Olympian trailed solo leader Hannah Green by four strokes.

Ardina, meanwhile, found herself at the crowded 49th place after carding nines of 35 and 37.

Starting at the back nine, the 28 year-old had a rollercoaster round by firing four birdies against the same amount of bogey.

Saso, for her part, shot a back-to-back birdie-bogey on seventh and eight, then struggled with a double bogey on the par-4 10th hole before making up with a birdie on the 18th to trail leader by seven strokes.
