MB Daily News Update: 2nd booster shot approved for some sectors

The Department of Health (DOH) announced on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, that the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has given its go-signal for the administration of additional Covid-19 vaccine booster doses to senior citizens 60 years old and above, the immunocompromised, and frontline healthcare workers.

Candidates in the May 9 national and local elections took advantage of whatever time was left to campaign before the two-day Holy Week break that starts today, Maundy Thursday, April 14, 2022.

Meanwhile, a late report from Iloilo said five more were added to the list of fatalities due to tropical depression Agaton, after they drowned in three towns.
