BTS' 'Home' picked as No. 1 song for bedtime music

K-pop superstars BTS’ “Home” emerged as the No. 1 song chosen for bedtime music and placed second after Billie Eilish in the top 10 musicians.

Mattressman, “UK’s biggest online mattress specialist,” analyzed Spotify playlists containing the words “sleep,” “sleepy” and “sleeping” in the title to find out which songs, artists and albums are the most popular at bedtime.

Over 5,000 tracks were analyzed to reveal the top musicians, songs, and albums that are helping people snooze.

“Music affects us in all sorts of ways. It can give us energy, chill us out and even help us sleep. The findings from this research come as no surprise to us at Mattressman. Each one of these songs is relaxing and calming, just like an effective bedtime routine,” said Louis Kerry, marketing manager at Mattressman.co.uk.

Mattressman revealed that BTS’ “Home” is the most popular song at bedtime having been picked up 30 times across the playlists and streamed over two million times on Spotify. The K-pop band beat out the likes of Olivia Rodrigo, Billie Eilish and Jeremy Zucker two-fold.
