How pregnant Britney Spears plans to handle prenatal depression

She's grateful that women can now talk about it, too!

With a series of "exciting" events this past 2021, it seems Britney Spears is ready to move forward with a "blessing."

In her recent Instagram post, she revealed that she lost so much weight for her Maui trip but gained it back again. Her fiancé Sam Asghari (whom she referred to as her husband—so they could be married, too!) told her that she might just be "food pregnant," but she still proceeded to take a pregnancy test to which confirmed her hunch that she is indeed pregnant!

"I obviously won’t be going out as much due to the paparazzi getting their money shot of me like they unfortunately already have. It’s hard because when I was pregnant, I had prenatal depression. I have to say it is absolutely horrible. Women didn’t talk about it back then," she continues. "Some people considered it dangerous if a woman complained like that with a baby inside her, but now women talk about it everyday. Thank Jesus we don’t have to keep that pain a reserved proper secret," she says gratefully.

And her plans to battle all the unwanted stress? "This time, I will be doing yoga every day! Spreading lots of joy and love!"
