Call center agent arrested in Tanza, Cavite for groping inside a jeepney

CAVITE – A 33-year-old call center agent was nabbed in Tanza after groping a 12-year-old girl on board a passenger jeepney on Saturday, April 9.

Investigation showed that during a jeepney ride from Trece Martires to Tanza, the suspect, identified as John Mark Dimabayao, reportedly laid his head on the shoulder of the victim.

Dimabayao then placed his hand on the victim's legs and touched her hips.

When the victim's aunt and another passenger called him out, the suspect got angry and punched the passenger.

The driver of the jeepney stopped the vehicle in front of the barangay hall of Paradahan 1 to seek help from barangay officials.

The suspect faces acts of lasciviousness in relation to the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act.
