PH Embassy in Manama and Filipino Creatives Bahrain showcase Filipino, Bahraini, and Bahrain-based visual artists in art exhibit
Embracing the new normal

Filipino Creatives Bahrain under the auspices of the Philippine Embassy organized an art exhibit entitled “Transit(ion) - Journey to Embracing the New Normal” featuring Filipino, Bahraini, and Bahrain-based visual artists.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the exhibit was led by Chargé d’ Affaires Maria Paz Cortes of the Philippine Embassy and Shaikha Marwa bint Rashid bin Hasan bin Ali Al Khalifa. Malaysian Ambassador Shazryll Zahiran, Indonesian Ambassador Ardi Hermawan, Thai Chargé d’affaires Nuttapat Chumnijarakij, and Philippine labor attaché Vicente M. Cabe were also present to grace the event.

The art exhibit features diverse ways of embracing the new normal through arts, focusing on the strength and resilience of every individual as each one transitions into a world that continues to strive to thrive despite the challenges of the pandemic.
The exhibit ran until the end of March at the Oasis Mall, Juffair, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
