Muntinlupa's full vaccination rate reaches 109%; active Covid-19 cases down to 7
Muntinlupa City’s vaccination campaign has reached more than 482,000 fully-vaccinated individuals while its active Covid-19 cases are down to seven.
Data from the City Health Office showed that as of March 30, 482,464 adults have been fully vaccinated, equivalent to 109 percent of the target population of 442,517.

The target population is 80 percent of Muntinlupa’s estimated 2022 total population of 553,146 based on data from the Department of Health (DOH).
By barangay, Buli, the smallest, has the highest full vaccination rate with 147 percent of the target population followed by Alabang, 122 percent; Tunasan, 117 percent; Cupang, 102 percent; Ayala Alabang, 101 percent; Putatan, 98 percent; Bayanan, 97 percent; Poblacion, 96 percent; and Sucat, 84 percent.
On the other hand, 508,844 individuals have received their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, or 115 percent of the target population.
In addition, 115,435 adults have been administered with booster shots in Muntinlupa, or 26 percent of the target population and 24 percent of the fully vaccinated individuals.
Among the population of five to 11 years old in Muntinlupa, 7,483 are now fully vaccinated, or 11 percent of the estimated population of 68,198. A total of 12,571 have received their first dose, or 18 percent of the total population.
In the 12 to 17 age group, 38,048 are now fully vaccinated, or 67 percent of the total population of 56,499. On the other hand, 40,375 have received their first dose, or 71 percent of the population.
As of March 31, Muntinlupa City has seven active Covid-19 cases including two new cases, two new recoveries and zero deaths.
Of the nine barangays, six have zero active cases: Tunasan, Putatan, Bayanan, Ayala Alabang, Buli and Sucat.
Of the seven active cases, five are listed in Alabang and one each in Poblacion and Cupang.
Muntinlupa has 39,904 confirmed cases, 39,283 recoveries and 614 deaths since the pandemic started in 2020.
