The Annual Stockholders’ Meeting of East West Banking Corporation on Friday, April 22, 2022, at 8:30 A.M. will be held virtually over a secure online meeting platform. In view of the current circumstances, stockholders may only attend the meeting by remote communication, by voting in absentia or through proxy by appointing the Chairman of the meeting. Other concerns to be taken up are as follows:
