BACOLOD CITY - Two alleged drug pushers were arrested during a buy-bust operation in Barangay 1, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental on Thursday, with the authorities confiscating P360,400 worth of suspected shabu.

Police identified the subject as Dino Carlo Sebugero, 32, and his companion Jopit Villador, 42, both residents of Barangay 1.
The police recovered from them the P1,000 bill marked money, 53 grams of suspected shabu, and a weighing scale.
Lt. Ruby Aurita, deputy police chief of San Carlos City Police Station, said that Sebugero allegedly started as a small time before his transactions grew bigger.
Both are considered street level individuals, according to Aurita. She said Sebugero had an estafa case in 2017.
Meanwhile, five persons were busted after the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Western Visayas dismantled an alleged drug den in Barangay 19 here on Wednesday. Raiding authorities found 12 grams of suspected shabu worth P81,600 during the raid.
Four others were also arrested in separate buy-bust operations here that yielded P244,800 worth of suspected shabu on Thursday.
