'Rice and Shine' with the 'Unang Hirit' barkada and win a year-worth of rice supply!

For audiences all over the Philippines, watching the longest-running morning show in the country–Unang Hirit–just got a lot more fun and exciting.

Last Feb. 21, 2022, Unang Hirit started giving lucky viewers the chance to win a one-year rice supply just by tuning in to the program. And the good news is that Unang Hirit will continue to give a year’s supply of rice to a lucky viewer daily until March 18!

It’s easy to be part of Unang Hirit’s Rice and Shine promo. The UH Barkada gradually reveals the hotline numbers throughout different parts of the program. Once the phone number is completed, viewers can start calling in. The first caller who gets to speak with the UH Barkada on-air wins — not just one, two, or three sacks but one year’s rice supply!

But that’s not all! The second and third callers each receive one sack of rice to take home to their families. 

'Unang Hirit' is giving lucky viewers the chance to win a one-year rice supply just by tuning in to the program.

Many loyal viewers—particularly from Sorsogon, Bulacan, Mindoro, Cavite, and Metro Manila—have already won a year’s rice supply just by watching Unang Hirit.

“Natupad na po yung wish ko. Salamat po. Masayang masaya po ako para sa aking mga anak, hindi na po magugutom” says Elena Arciga, a mother from Los Baños, Laguna who won a year’s supply of rice last Feb. 25.

“Tuwang-tuwa ako! Biruin mo one year hindi ka bibili ng bigas?” says Melinda Pangan, a teacher from Bulacan when she received her first month supply of rice.
