‘Juvenile Justice,’ ‘All of Us Are Dead,’ 3 other K-dramas’ in Netflix weekly Global Top 10 chart

Five Korean dramas have made it to Netflix’s weekly Global top 10 chart for the most watched shows and films on the platform.

Netflix released its Global Top 10 chart for the period Feb. 28 to March 6 for the most watched English and non-English shows and films.

In the top 10 non-English TV shows, “Juvenile Justice,” starring Kim Hye-soo, Kim Mu-yeol and Lee Sung-min, rose to first place, ending the five-week top ranking of the zombie series “All of Us Are Dead.”

“Juvenile Justice” was watched 45.93 million hours for the period to place No. 1 from No. 3 the previous week. It placed in the top 10 in 25 countries and territories on Netflix.

“All of Us Are Dead,” which became No. 1 for five weeks, slid to third place with 24.02 million hours viewed. It is in the top 10 in 50 countries and territories.

Starring Park Ji-hu, Yoon Chan-young, Lomon, Cho Yi-hyun, Yoo In-soo and Lee Yoo-mi, “All of Us Are Dead” ranked third on Netflix’s top 10 most popular non-English shows with a total of 560.77 million hours viewed in the first 28 days on the platform.

“Twenty Five Twenty One,” starring Kim Tae-ri, Nam Joo-hyuk, Bona, Choi Hyun-wook and Lee Joo-myung, ranked fifth with 13.72 million hours viewed.

“Forecasting Love and Weather: Season 1,” starring Park Min-young, Song Kang, Yoon Park and Yura, placed seventh with 10.79 million hours viewed.

“Thirty-Nine: Season 1,” headlined by Son Ye-jin, Jeon Mi-do and Kim Ji-hyun, grabbed ninth place with 10.49 million hours viewed.

Meanwhile, the Korean film “The Pirates: The Last Royal Treasure” entered Netflix’s Global Top 10 non-English films for the first time. It ranked second with 17.71 million hours viewed from Feb. 28 to March 6. It stars Kang Ha-neul, Han Hyo-joo, Lee Kwang-soo, Kwon Sang-woo, Sehun and Chae Soo-bin.
